The power of the circle is a  supervision circle for women.

We focus on female leaders and aspiring leaders, because we believe female qualities are needed in current and future leadership. We offer a space to slow down and share your story so we all can learn and deepen our personal leadership.

Traditionally, connection has been one of the greatest strengths of women. Unfortunately, the feminine connection in our Western culture is not something that occurs naturally.

Women’s circles have been around for centuries. Gathering to rest, connecting with your feminine power and sharing wisdom with your “sisters” is an age-old tradition. Some cultures still have that connection and use rituals to honor the feminine.
